The most important thing is that the screen amazing. It is not real intuitive but through trial and error I have learned how to do everything I want. It was easy to install, only minimal mechanical knowledge is required to clip and unclip trim panels, use a small ratchet and connect wiring plugs. I would recommend the unit for anyone that wants a larger screen , wireless Apple CarPlay, navigation and any other apps you might want as everything functions as it should.

So few things. Had a bunch of obstacles at first because the installation instructions are horrible and don’t show you how to install but after reaching out to the company they helped me. They even offered to replace the external microphone and refund me for it. The screen itself is great. Having a bit of issues right now getting LTE internet to it but the company is helping with that. So far it’s been a lot smoother that when I first got it as far as issues. It definitely makes your vehicle looks so much newer, and updated. I know there is a bunch of reviews saying things don’t work, but after I was able to get those kinks out everything works fine. Is it worth the money? To me yes. It’s very responsive, and fast when using. I do wish there was better EQ preset settings that made it sound better. I have a 2019 f350 limited. So my system is already nice in it, but this definitely makes it sound basic. I’m not sure if the system itself is powering less wattage to the speakers or what. But imma have to go buy an external amplifier to lower my speakers to get what I want out of them. I have messed around with the settings. So far, if I can get the LTE internet to work, and get a new external microphone, this will be great! I’ll update later on how it’s been going

The installation was very easy, it’s pretty much plug and play. I also like the fact that it’s like having a tablet and a stereo at the same time while also keeping all of your existing options as well!! I was very hesitant on purchasing at first but when I finally decided to pull the trigger it was totally worth it!!

Lasted 2 months and screen went blank....waste of 1k

Better than OEM - YES!!! Fits as expected? - YES!!! Looks Darn good? - YES!! This is a great product, you need to tinker with it a bit, but it does work. My biggest gripe, the screen will on occasion just be black and unresponsive, to the point that I have resorted to having a sim eject tool in my center console so I can reset the unit when it does this. I really do like the unit, it blends in with my Ford Platinum sync very well, it looks better than stock, is secure, but the occasional blank & black screen is the biggest issue, a quick reset and it is good...... but it is annoying to have to do so.

I’ve had this unit for 10 months now. It’s has been a terrible product since the start. Constantly freezing, restarting and going blank. I have to reset this unit everyday and anytime I turn my truck on. Within 6 months of owning it, it has fallen apart and only got worse from there. One morning I woke up and the bottom piece (for climate controls) had just broke and fell off during the night I guess. Just hanging there by the strips for climate control knobs. I popped it back into place and went on about my day. That very same day I hit a pothole in the road and down came the the same piece. All the plastic and screws broke and now it can no longer be put into place. No more climate controls. Nothing. Absolutely disappointed in this product.
