Black Refrigerator Door Lock with Padlock

Out of curiousity I googled "sticky lock" for our work refridgerator. and this came up!!!! IT was exactly what we were looking for. Housekeeping staff had been stealing our food and creamers overnite so we had enough and came up with this plan. It works perfectly. Bonded instantly and now no one is stealing our food!! Installs easy. and we let the glue set for 48 hours like it says on the card.

This product lives up to it's name very strong easy to install long lasting durable and light weight. My only complaint towards it, is you have to use the same size lock because it only comes in a standard size hole for the lock.

Where for some odd reason, co-workers cannot seem to keep their hands off of items they know do not belong to them... located inside of a refrigerator they know they did not purchase AND is clearly labeled as personal property.VERY easy to install. From lining it up, to cleaning the surface to applying it.I gave it 4 stars because the price really is a bit much in my opinion.

A friend of mine had this on their wine fridge and I liked it so much I bought it for mine. Sure, it's just stuck onto the glass and side of the fridge (or in my friend's case, the glass and top of the fridge), but it's pretty sticky stuff. The intent is just to keep the babysitters or nosy kids out of it - not to stop burglars or someone really intent on getting into the fridge. So keep in mind who you're keeping out before rating this poorly. For what it is, it's the best available. If you want to keep actual thieves out, you should be buying a fridge with a lock built-in. A stick-on lock just does not cut it. Stick with a drill and screws. Just use something like a knife to pry it and the 3M high bondage stuff comes loose. I actually ordered a second one before I found out this lock is a total failure so I'm going to return that. I give it one star since it would be fine if you're just using it as a visual deterrent.

The new refrigerator I purchased for my snack shop did not come with a lock, so we bought this to protect its contents when we're not around. Simple instructions, clean the area, and hold the cable against the surface you're applying it to for 2 minutes. It is secure, and has not loosened, even in a hot environment. We did use a bigger lock, but the one it comes with is not bed, either, the lock can be purchased without a padlock.

I use to this on the soda fridge in my mall kiosk. One day the padlock on it broke and we couldn't open it. We had no choice but to try and rip one side off the fridge. It took three of us and almost an hour of trying to peel it off. If we were not careful not to damage the fridge it may have been sooner. But it will still take some effort. So this thing is tough and will discourage theft. I also like the way it looks like it is built into the fridge. This also works as a deterrent.

It worked well and was easy to install, but the adhesive only lasted 4 months.It just popped off the door today (bought July 18) and won't restick. I'm dissappointed because it worked well all this time.
