It Just stopped working! Was working great and then Yesterday it just quit.

Not that great of a laptop. Feels pretty cheap, lags alot, has small glitching on screen when loading. I guess you get what you pay for.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. It is a very thin and lightweight laptop, ideal for carrying it everywhere. It offers a good quality-price ratio. It is beautiful. Excellent for browsing, office work, for student

It's very slow

The media could not be loaded. I bought this computer because I am a college student that takes monitor tests online. In our school, we use honor lock, and that is the only acceptable way to take a test in my healthcare program. When you click on the camera tab on the computer everything works fine;When using honorlock and you start taking the monitor test, The screen that is supposed to be showing you turns black. I contacted honor locksupport and they said that it was a connection issue to the page and to restart.Clearly that does not work in the video that I uploaded. Not sure if anyone else is having any issues with other test monitoring systems. But definitely don’t recommend if you want to save yourself added stress. Aside from contacting honor lock customer support, I tried contacting Amazon customer support and that did not work, I just got through text messages and calls with robots that hung up on me . They also provided lenovo’s phone number which is not in line. Not sure if it’s a computer issue But I will never be able to find out because customer support is not reliable so the only choice that I have is to return it. definitely recommend checking when receiving this computer for all the things you need and doing actually practice tests so you don’t surpass the 30 day return limit. Thankfully I had a few days left.

Get something with more disc space. The software required for basic operation uses 95% of the space. I had to delete basic MS tools like the video player just so ai can open a pdf. You get what you pay for. If you can’t afford a decent new laptop, get one used in marketplace and pass on this. All of the frustration has just about given me an aneurism.
