Very sticky backing. Once it down ,its down. Good sound barrier, and help the vibration of the gas tank I carry on the truck.

Expensive but works like nothing else. Sure deadens sound on cab of ice cream truck. If you brush against it too hard it could tear or chip off but otherwise very durable. One inch thick and soft as a mat.

Works decently enough. A few things to note. It tears quite easily. It sticks to your fingers and will tear if you are not careful when tryin to remove. Once its stuck, its stuck. It will be messy to remove if needed. It looks a little like neoprene as some suggest it is, but it is not. Just a basic low grade closed cell foam. It does the job for sound insulating though!

The material was well packaged and arrived in good condition. The material is easy to work with, and the adhesive is very sticky. The material is very easy to cut and apply. I applied it to a metal cabinet that had a tinny ring to it before the application. After applying the material, tapping the cabinet produced only a dead "thump". I believe the material will work very nicely as a deadener.

Great value for the amount you get. The quality is really nice and the glue is super strong. Once it sticks it’s on there for good.

Nice density no bad smell, but its too delicate, it rips off fast and its not forgiving to handle once is glued in place. It's hard to cut with scissors it gets stuck and with a knife it leaves jagged edges or it rips. Cannot cut in detail edges. This is for hidden places out off sight.

Excellent product used it to cover my generator in rv and now you can be on top of generator and not hear it at all. I d buy more

I bought this AggSound 4 mm sound-dampening roll specifically to quiet my Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer enclosure, and it exceeded expectations. The material is dense, flexible, and easy to cut, making it simple to line the inside panels. The adhesive backing grips firmly but still allows a bit of repositioning during installation—no messy glue required. Noise reduction is dramatic. After lining the enclosure, I measured roughly a 30–40% drop in operating noise, and the harsh high-frequency vibrations from stepper motors are almost gone. The printer now runs with a deep, muted hum, which is a huge improvement for a home office or shared workspace. The roll size (170 × 33 cm) was ideal—plenty to cover the P1S panels with some left over for small accessories. The 4 mm thickness strikes the right balance: thick enough to absorb vibration but not so thick that it interferes with door seals or airflow. Overall, the quality and performance are outstanding. If you want a quieter, more professional-sounding Bambu Lab P1S (or any 3D printer or enclosure), this AggSound sound-dampening material is a must-buy upgrade.
