I'm not one of those who takes the protein with milk or binds it with something else, honestly I take the protein with water, this flavor is too delicious, it's not grumpy at all and best of all it'S NOT SWEET, I hate that in other brands because it makes it disgusting in my opinion, but it's definitely worth it, it feels light I think I won't invent with other brands for now, but I will try more flavors. At the moment it's my favorite.

It leaves me with a lot of doubts about buying it because it gives double information about its composition:1. On the front of the bottle it says "Iso Hydrolyzed".2. In the Usage Suggestions on the official website it says "hydrolyzed whey".3. In the ingredients under the supplement facts it says "hydrolyzed whey"So what is the real composition?
