Excellent cold pressed coconut oil. I use it to pop popcorn almost every night🤔👌. I’ve also used it in many baked goods and frying applications with very good results👍. Amazon has the best price I’ve been able to find for this product👍 and free shipping is a bonus👍.

Bought this large quantity for dollar ratio/value. Hard for me to understand how something can be saturated-fat if liquified at room temp. After Research, I realize it is strictly a matter of molecular structure. If your goal is MCT, choose MCT. If you have use for this product, it is great quality. Good luck w/ your choice.
