Lifesystems Expedition Plus 50+ Mosquito Repellent Spray, 25ml

I needed this urgently and the retail shops did not sell these. Arrived on time and exactly what I required.

I didn't have any bites when it was applied, the smell is not too strong compared to common repellents you can find in a supermarket.I exercise outdoors and I'm usually a feast for mosquitoes, I always have a few bites. Tried this repellent 4 times during my workout in the woods, no bites at all, very happy.

I have trouble if I am bitten by mosquitoes and this is the best for me

This is a brilliant product. It's a little expensive but I will be purchasing more for future holidays.

This is my go-to because it contains pyrethrin (chrysanthemum extract) that kills ticks and most insects on contact - DEET alone doesn't always stop ticks. Stops mosquitos etc very well also - you don't need much.Please don't go in the sea after applying this - it's very harmful to all aquatic life.

Great little lotion. I used it for 3 weeks travelling around Vietnam, no insect bites until a couple of nights where I forgot to put the lotion on, and then I got two legs full of nice little mosquito bites! The lotion has a gentle lemongrass/herbal smell to it. The smell isn't over-powering or unpleasant as you would normally get with most insect repellent spray. It is slightly tacky/greasy when you first spray it on, but after you rub the lotion into your skin, the greasiness is gone. After your first use, it's best to store the spray in a seal-able plastic bag if you are going to carry it in your backpack/suitcase as the bottle leaks around the cap. This is the only downside, leaky packaging! You won't lose much of your product, but be aware that if you don't wrap it within a bag/container, then there's a high chance your clothes/other items in your bag could get ruined as the chemicals in the repellent are strong stuff. Overall, product worked great, pleasant smell, little greasiness, but packaging can definitely be improved.

It's a bit pongy, but I'd rather smell than be bitten to death.Went to south spain in August and mozzies didn't bite when it was on. The main point here is 'when it is on'A little bit goes a long way. I slathered it on when I didn't need to.

Went to Thailand for 3 weeks and was paranoid about the malaria carrying mosquitos but thanks to this product I came back without a single bite.I put it on every morning and then every night as well after I showered and went out for dinner. A couple of sprays into my hand - rubbed into the exposed skin was enough - and the 100ML bottle lasted the entire 3 weeks.When my friends didn't use any repellent they were bitten about 30 times in one night (that's not an exaggeration!!) When they used a different brand of repellent from this one they were protected but still got a few bites, making them wish they'd all bought this product.I then took the second bottle I'd bought to Germany - to the same hotel i'd stayed in the previous year and had been bitten to bits by mozzies - and this time around I wasn't bitten once. Again, everyone else on the trip was attacked, and I know they like my blood going on what had happened the previous year, but this product was invincible!!
