Great mask train in pool first donning and doffing swapping to regular mask once you feel comfortable with fit and function you will use the same if not less air than your use to I've typically used more air with traditional reg due to heavy breathing but I feel more at ease with this mask no fogging no squeeze and able to communicate with other divers what's not to like😋

DONT BUY THIS. that is my recommendation. I bought this and sent it back. The quality was terrible. There was a leak in the seal between the face rubber and the mask. I did not discover it until i tested it in a pool. Further, the nose clearing portion is not the best fit. You have to practice ALOT with this in order to get it to where you want it so you can clear easily. The straps were not as easily made to tailor as they should be - meaning you have to fit it to your head then adjust the straps one by one and then figure out which ones you will release. It is not as cut and dry as their instructions and youtube videos are all over the place on how to best fit this. There are lots of people who love this mask. however, i know many in my circles that hated it and returned them.
