PortofinoSolid Yellowfin Tuna In Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 4.5oz Can (Pack of 12)

Have bought this several times. Tastes wonderful. Arrives in good condition and long expiration dates (at least from each time I ordered it). Love to use on pasta dish with capers, lemon, garlic, parsley….Or use on top of green salads (think Nicoise). Usually don’t use this for sandwiches since it has olive oil. Prefer the one in water for that purpose. Would buy again.

Opened my first can yesterday. Tuna was solid and required a fork to pry it out, not pieces and chunks that fall out of the can with ease. All oil, not mostly water like other brands. Aroma was excellent as was the taste. Definitely my new favorite.

This tuna disappeared from my local store shelves. So I bought it from Amazon.Excellent Flavor! Moist texture. Packed in oil, which preserves the flavor.Well worth the price.Do not buy if you want wishy-washy tuna.

The Portofino Yellowfin is good but I much more prefer the Portofino Albacore Tuna

Great tasting tuna. Packed solid with just enough olive oil. Not overly fishy like some tuna cans.

I've been living off these for years for summer cuts. 2 cans a day with 2 Fairlife protein shakes is about 120grams of clean protein with virtually no carbs. I crack open a can, sprinkle it with lime juice, hot sauce and eat it straight out of the can with a fork. And drink a fairlife protein shake and it becomes a full post workout meal loaded with protein (and tastes delicious).I stopped buying it as there was a shortage everywhere and Amazon raised the 12 pack to $53!!! Glad the old price is now back. I stock these up when given the chance. You will NOT find a better product anywhere else.....And check your local Costco Stores...I've bought these for $19 at Costco once but they never restocked it. Amazon is my goto source right now (till they jack up the prices!).
