Bought this as a tool to help me with my therapy. Pretty neat to figure out all the different emotions you can be feeling.

Not flimsy at all, sturdy and bright colors with large lettering. Lots of words to choose from. Great addition to my office!

I love this thing. I am 51 years old and I use it for therapy. It's good for kids and adults alike. It has a sticky side on the back that you could stick to the wall and it also comes with holes in it to hang up with a screw. Would highly recommend.

Helpful tool for kids to identify emotions but it has a sticker back to put on wall which makes the font and words not very clear but more opaque background. I think it is more useful for someone to hold the chart and point to feelings bs stocking it on a wall because it’s not decor it’s a tool.

I used it with patients who suffered from brain injuries. It made it easier to talk about the nuances of emotion and help identify what they might be feeling in the moment or after.
