2 x Savoiardi Lady Fingers, Forno Bonomi, almond cookie, 200g, 7oz, prefect with classic Italian Tiramisu

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of these biscuits when I tried them on their own. My brother had previously made some that had an unpleasant smell and taste of eggs, so these were a welcome change. The airy texture of these biscuits made them perfect for our tiramisu. They soaked up the espresso and wine in a delightful way, enhancing the overall flavour of the dessert.Considering the price I paid for these biscuits, I was more than satisfied with my purchase. I was able to enjoy my tiramisu to the fullest extent with these biscuits, which added a subtle sweetness to every bite.I was relieved that none of the biscuits were damaged during cooking, as they are quite delicate. This made the cooking experience more enjoyable for me.

I used these lady fingers for a birthday cake, and they were fantastic! They were fresh, sweet, and really good quality. They made the cake turn out wonderfully, and I’d definitely recommend them for any baking projects!
