Product is exactly what an 8.1 should be. A light ash blonde.

No instructions in English. Therefore I have no idea how to mix or what to mix it with.

Great product, however, advertised by a picture of 3 tubes of colour but only 1 arrives. Should be better described. Bit naughty as you think your getting a great deal!
