Magically cleans the black gunk off my patio!
Y’all this stuff is seriously amazing at cleaning the mold and algae off of my clay brick patio and driveway. I used bleach, vinegar, and simple green before trying this product. Nothing else comes close to how well this works. No more pressure washing for me! I just spray this on, wait five minutes and hose it off and you’d never know that it used to be covered in mold. I live in Florida where there is gunk growing everywhere. Definitely get this over any other product if you have the same problem I do!

Waste of money
Absolute waste of money. It does not work on fiberglass showers like they said it does. I left it on for 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Rinsed it, no difference. Even scrubbed it with a toothbrush! No change. Very disappointed. The pictures are before and after

It works... I think
Bottom Line ---------------- I used it on metal siding, wood siding and vinyl siding, and it cleaned all three, with no damage. In some spots I did need to also scrub to get everything off, but it was spots instead of the whole wall. The Details ---------------- I have a hundred year old farm house, with old wood siding, and I'm very careful on how I clean them. It also has Vinal Siding from an add on done many years ago, and metal siding from the most recent addition. Some of the front and one side develops very noticeable mold/mildew (not sure if actually mold, but it looks like it). So I sprayed this on and let it sit. I sprayed along the bottom first, with a pressure sprayer, then got in the latter and sprayed along the top. By the time I was done with the top, it was time to rinse the bottom. The job goes pretty quick, and on the whole it works pretty well. The areas with mold, needed to be scrubbed with a brush. A brush on a regular broom poll, and another on a 15' extension worked well for me. I was hoping not to have to do any brushing, that it would all just rinse off, but no luck. I also had to scrub some areas that had this faint dark gray "algae" looking stuff. The areas that didn't seem to have any growth came out nice and clean with just the spray and rinse. It did clean the wood, vinyl, and metal all equally well, and didn’t damage or discolor anything. In the end it seems to have worked, I didn't have to scrub the whole house, and the house looks nice and clean, but it's certainly not the case, where you just spray it on, rinse it off and your done.

leaves a residue and why pay to ship water
Despite the claim that this should be used as is, I found that if I didn't cut it with water it left the floor feeling slightly off - not sure I'd say really sticky, but definitely noticeable. I also fail to see why shipping it full strength is good - it is harder to store and since I have to cut it with water anyway, why not go back to the concentrate that iRobot originally had which I felt didn't leave a residue.

Expensive bleach
Does clean with the same results as bleach just maybe not as rough around the edges as bleach. Does clean concrete and wood decking very good. Not convinced that it is worth cost over bleach.
