FFEXS Set of 5 Resistance Bands with Handles Including Door Anchor - Heavy Duty Tube Set for Working out at Home and Gym

These are ideal for people new to exercising with resistance bands. Each band is a different colour for easy identification and the clip-on handles, ankle straps and door anchor are perfect for all types of exercises. The bands also come with a handy drawstring bag or easy storage. The only reason why I didn't give five stars is that the heavier bands (the red and the black ones) just don't stretch very far at all, if I do any overhead presses I have to do them seated or clip the lower bands together to achieve the same weight. Other than that it's an excellent set of bands.

I have to say these are pretty effective, granted took a while to find a weight that suited me and also to work out how to use them effectively, i generally wear my Vibram five fingers when exercising as they are really comfortable, but they also prevent the cords of these from pulling up against the underside of your feet.That's probably my only negative on these, you'd hope for some cushion or dual foot straps to allow you to protect your feet if you decide to exercise with socks or bare feet. but its not a biggy really.They work effectively, I bought them to replace my dumbbells and they've done exactly that.All round happy customer

A fine quality of resistance band set. Had this for few years now and it is still in top condition. Using this at the present lockdown to carry out some strength training has been amazing.

Looks good the only thing that's missing is a training guide giving you some ideas how and what are the best exercises to do
