Is this the type of Oil that I can put in my burner with the candle tea candle in the bottom?

I would think so. Maybe add a test on of water to mix with 4 drops of oil. That how I would do it .

We have used it around babies, i wouldn't put it right next to them.

I looked over the box the oils come in and did not see anything referring to your question, except that oils are from France, Australia, Brazil, P.R.C and peppermint from USA There is a customer service support website, maybe they can help. unhelpful seller

when mine arrived one of the bottles had leaked through the sealed cap, soaking the packaging and half the oil gone. sent a bunch of messages to the seller with no reply, so be aware the seller is not communicative at all. scents themselves are just ok.
