My whole family could eat ANYTHING slathered in this sauce, for the rest of our natural lives. Pro tip: add a little can of Nest|e Media Crema to the water. You’re welcome. Oh! Also, it’s MUCH easier to incorporate the paste if you heat the sauce bricks in a measuring cup in the microwave with a little water and smash-stir together with a fork or small whisk, before adding to the pan with your sautéed whatevers.This stuff is basically foolproof. 4 bricks (or 1/2 package) makes one whole 12” skillet of food. Sauté the food in a little oil & spices (I think garam masala goes great), add the media crema, then add the microwaved curry paste/water mash, and mix well. Then add water a cup at a time until desired volume/consistency of sauce. It will thicken, and the flavor is robust, so don’t be afraid to add about half a cup more than you think is the right amount. You can always taste a spoonful and make sure it isn’t getting bland. If you do somehow add too much water, just simmer until it reduces a bit (10 mins should do it) and you’re golden :)10/10 with rice
