FORLIFE Stump Teapot with SLS Lid and Infuser, 18-Ounce, Gray

Brilliant teapot, more than lived up to expectations - the metal basket insert is much, much finer mesh than any other loose tea device I'd tried - it's really perfect for any type of loose tea. Makes about a mug and a half - or three teacups - ideal one-person teapot to have in work or at home. I've used this every day since I bought it and can't recommend it enough. What other reviewers said about it being a good pourer (no drips) is correct as well. Really easy to rinse out & keep clean. I just wish the purple one was available over here because I'd buy that too so I could have one at home as well as in the office. If you want to drink more loose leaf teas of any kind - herbal, fruit, infusions, genmaicha, etc - this teapot is worth the money.

My girlfriend and I first saw one of these Stump teapots when we had mint tea in our local House of Fraser store. We were so impressed with the design, size and functionality of the teapot, we just had to have one of our own. We sourced them through Amazon, and ordered one from Blend Coffee Shop. The service we received was 5-star, as was the product. It's so easy to use and to clean out, unlike some filters, and is the perfect size for 2 cups of tea. There's also a great range of colours, and it took us ages to decide on the grey. Now all we need to do is find a great source of quality loose leaf teas! Any suggestions?

Very stylish, sturdy teapot. A bit smaller than I expected. Gives you a decent cuppa plus a small top-up, but not quite enough for two decent cups. Wish they made them in more than just one size!

I was a little concerned when I bought this that it might not be big enough but I find if you fill it there is sufficient for two mugs of tea so it is ideal. The teapot itself feels stable and sturdy and most of all, it doesn't drip. Thanks to previous reviews we had checked around other teapots but this one was recommended as one which was entirely drip free.It looks good and it does the job.We bought ours from Beans & Leaves and have been really pleased with their service. The teapot arrived promptly and well packaged. We needed to contact them and found their customer service personal and second to none. I could not recommend them highly enough. Five stars for the teapot and five stars for the seller!!!

Used for everyday tea or herbal teas its content stays moderately warm given its thickness and it doesn't have any residual aftertaste.Does the job,looks snazzy,dosn't drio or leak!

Like style of teapot. No drips when pouring, colours great. This is my second buy (just incase I drop one and break it ). Bought a blue and grey, would recommend.

Love this teapot and been using it a lot. Gave four star review because found the colour description confusing. What's the difference between Gray and Grey?Anyway am happy with the Grey I bought :)

Easy to use and clean.Looks really smart.Sadly doesn't quite hold 2 mugs full.Keeps the tea warmer for longer.

I have to be honest, ive used this item in the past... I first encountered it at a cafe in Cambridge... you could tell by the wear it had be through hundreds of uses, dropped, run through a commercial conveyor washer, etc. It was small, simple and easy to control.The current version is no different. I don't recall the older ones having a plastic handle in the filter, but perhaps it simply broke off after its thousandth use? This particular item is simple and sturdy... It will both last for years to come and come out the other end still looking good. You don't have to hold the lid down when you pour--which is a huge thing for me having a minor form of cerebral palsy--though if you're nervous you can apply counter pressure to the stainless steel tab... It can fill a normal 280ml (6oz) cup 3 times... Allowing me to drink my morning tea with milk, without tainting anything more than my own cup... The lid does not come off, but thats ok with me... it can be cleaned with a basic sink brush and some mild cleaner (vinegar) or abrasive (baking soda). Another interesting thing in my opinion is that the filter just happens to fit well in my daughter's old sippy cup, with a lid (The First Years Take & Toss Spill-Proof Sippy Cups, 10 Ounce, 4 Count)... allowing me to stop the steep on something i can use multiple times while also protecting it from spills, dust, cats, etc. The benefit to that is after you dump out the bulk of the leaves, the cup is then almost a perfect vessel to fill with water, shake and pour out the couple of remaining that stick to the filter. My favorite benefit though is that they stack. The bottom raised ring on the vessel fits on top of the lid of another, allowing you to safely store a couple, while taking up a minimum of space.. Very nice for the times when my wife and i would like to share tea time, while also drinking the kind we each prefer.

She uses it for those mornings when she has a little more time to relax with her tea and staring out the patio doors at the critters and birds in our yard - she makes a large mug of tea to start, and uses the FORLIFE stump teapot for warmups and fill-ups as her morning slowly progresses. Saw the FORLIFE line when we visited Celestial Teas HQ a few weeks back and really like the look!

Loved that I can get 2 cups of my favorite lose leaf out of this little pot. I take it in the front room at night for my nighttime tea and take it outside for my morning tea. Soooo easy with no spills.
