My Husband and i both love to use this in the evening. I really like the fact that it does not use a cord. We are not always near an outlet. We charge the batter over night and then it is always ready to use. We use it for hours in the evening and the battery has never run down. The material is very soft and velvety. The neck snaps are perfect for keeping it close to your neck. The side ties keep the rest of it close to your back. Wonderful design!

My biggest issue is with the battery, it has a short life span almost making it a nessessity to buy a 2nd one. When fully discharged, it takes over 9 hours to fully recharge. Since this is my first one, can't vouch for the dandling ties and loops used to secure the wrap. Haven't found a satisfactory combination to secure the warmer. Another issue for me is that the collar portion is to short leaving the nape of the neck cold. All sre not detractor to keep it, just personal gripes.

I bought this while I was on vacation since I knew I would need something for the drive back which was over 1500 miles to home & I am so happy I bought this prior to leaving.It arrived a few days before we needed to leave which was a plus, so I charged it prior to leaving the house we rented. This little thing worked as it promised it would. For me personally, a bit more heat would have been better but it was most likely hot for someone else, I have a tolerance for heat. The only downside was the battery & how long it lasted. I had a personal battery charger that I used so when I had a battery being used the other (back-up) was on my charger that way I always had the heat pad whenever I wanted it.

These are obtrusive. I think I speak for the entire community that we want these to be comfortable, simple, and useful. It didn't check any of these for me, it only restricted my movement while I hoped for relief.I ended up going with a heated scarf after returning this and couldn't be happier
