Q: Can this come in a UK keyboard layout?

The HHKB layout is a modified US layout. Normally with keyboards you can get USA (ANSI) layouts and UK (ISO) layouts (and others), the HHKB is neither of these but closer to US (ANSI). As a UK user it's pretty easy to get used to a USA layout, there are only a handful of key differences and many prefer the more symmetrical ANSI layout, for example the larger left shift key and smaller enter key. Bear in mind you would also have to get used to the differences with the HHKB layout, the fact that it's 60% with some keys like the cursor arrow keys on a function layer. It's a small learning curve but you soon adapt, and of course you benefit from a superb keyboard with simply sublime keystrokes - your fingers will love you forever.

Yes, it’s how I use it personally. But it doesn’t come with a USB-C cable.
