Carry With Confidence
Buckets might not be the most sexiest of items to write about, but they certainly have an importance in and around the house. And what I have come across in the past with previous buckets is how flimsy they become after only a few weeks (or even hours in one case) use!I was somewhat suspicious with these pair of buckets being offered at around £12 for both. But I went with the mostly positive reviews and submitted an order. They arrived well packed and in good time; and on closer inspection I could tell by the quality and thickness of the plastic that these buckets should be up to the job of carrying water, soil, stones and even bricks. However, it doesn't matter how strong the plastic is, the weakest link with some buckets is the handle, and how its affixed to the bucket itself. On these buckets the ringed mechanism that attaches the handle to the bucket doesn't look overly strong or durable at first glance. So I was somewhat tentative when I first started loading both buckets with water - I just wanted to see if they could take the strain before using them in earnest for my various garden projects.Surprisingly the buckets coped well, and the handle was comfortable in the hand as I carried it some 20 odd yards to the other end of my garden. I repeated this several times, but the bucket (and handle) coped very well.I then moved on to filling both buckets with either soil & weeds and stones & odd house brick dug up from my garden. Again both buckets coped well even though they did scratch easy on the insides from the ragged brick edges. Some three months of heavy and continued use later, and both buckets are still in good shape. They're still scratched and scuffed on the inside, but there are no holes, cracks or tears, especially near the eyelets where the handle is secured. As a consequence I would definitely recommend these buckets.

MOST EXCELLENT BUCKETS, SATISFYING ‘SPLOSHING’ NOISE!
Bought for filling/emptying Aquaria and partly because they are Canary Yellow. (My canary was quite startled at first sight of them...obviously thinking that they were some sort of Canary Monste Monsters....or igloos).Actually, the Yellow colour allows one to spot dirt, grime ect and sanitise accordingly.Sturdy enough to carry when over filled with water/gravel/custard and also, as an added bonus, has satisfying ‘Sploshing’ noise.....just ask my carpet! If I had more arms I would definitely buy more! Cannot apply suggested terms ‘Comfort’ as I did not attempt to wear it but have already mentioned sturdiness and they are good value for money. My rating may change if I do attempt to wear it....

Its a bucket
Its a bucket with a carry handle and a pouring lip. Unlike some cheaper buckets this one has a hole for the handle fixing to go through, then it is bent out, so there is no way the handle will come away from the bucket. I have filled it full of water and knocked it a bit, the bucket is fine.So far so good.
