For squats, etc. very useful. Good quality.

I hurt my Achilles Tendon and I needed to take some of the strain off it when I walked. To my surprise, these inserts really helped. I am so glad I bought them. The price is a bit high, but for me it was worth it.

This is a very durable product and designed for intended purpose. I did find them very uncomfortable especially walking to the gym Again if using strictly for weight lifting this product may work for you.

These heel lift inserts are a life saver! I was able to squat pretty good before, but using these have changed the way I squat. They allow me to go even deeper and feeling safe about it. I'm using these with flat shoes.
