Works very well - almost no dust got into the rest of the house.
This product works very well. It has been up on a door to a room where building works have been going on for over a month now. It has done very well at keep the dust out, including that from breaking down a wall and cutting a new hole for a window in another (anyone who has had this done will know how much dust this produces and how pervasive it is). The double sided tape is holding to the door surround. As an extra protection I've taped the edges to the wall also - which supports some of the weight of the door and acts as an extra barrier. When the worst of the work was going on I taped a bin bag to the floor over the bottom of the door as a flap valve. It must be imported from the US - buying replacement tape from Amazon.co.uk costs (55 pounds!! - more than the door), so was cheaper to order from Amazon.com (18 dollars) and pay postage. However, replacement tape still unused - will need it for the second room!

Not sure how you could use it more than once
Great to protect the house from some building work, so covered in dust by the end I’m not sure how you could practically repack and store for another use. Still very useful as a one time item though.

Not convinced
Someone else said it - the tape it comes with is pretty useless. Also you have to make small holes in the door for the hanging hooks when the doorway is rolled up. Its like the designer has never used it. A great idea that could be improved upon but it does stop a large amount of dust. Ever chased cableways in plaster?

Worked perfectly. Very easy to put up. Used it during a renovation. Kept the dust away also the cold as the contractors came in and out. As well, was great peace of mind for our pets. The zip wall kept them away from the renovations as well as breathing in dust.

Super efficace ! J'ai cassé le carrelage de la salle de bain et la poussière est restée dans la salle de bain 😜 Je n'ai pas encore enlevé le scotch... suspens 😜

Fifteen years and counting. That's how long I have been waiting for my small bathroom off my mudroom to be renovated. Just a small bathroom with a sink and toilet and 15 years later it's still only partially done. My husband's favorite hobby is procrastinating. We did have a plastic door hanging before but it was in the way all the time and hanging there for over a year was it for me. Down it came. I finally convinced my husband to start working on the bathroom again and up goes the new plastic door. Much less in the way, goes up on the wall easily, the double sided tape works great for keeping the plastic door where it's put and the hooks provided keep the plastic door rolled up and out of the way. No nails in the wall to hold it up as another reviewer stated. Would recommend this door cover.

Purchased this to provide a dust/debris barrier and provide repetitive, long term access to a master bathroom reno. This has been essential for keeping the room clean while all manner of heavy dust and debris filled the reno workspace. The plastic sheeting is very thick and durable as are the zippers. This thing has really took a beating as well as many, many zips/unzips and performed perfectly. Note that the included two sided tape is useless so don't waste your time. In my case I simply with a staple gun, stapled the plastic edges to the adjoining walls - I put also small squares of cardboard between the staples and surfaces of the plastic sheeting to prevent tearing. I also pinned the tops of the sheeting to the ceiling with extension poles - the same could of been done less elegantly with 2x4s. This was hands down the best $38 I spent on an expensive bathroom reno.
