Decent piece of equipment with a major design fault/decision that will make it a non-starter for some. The top safety catch holes are quite low, so if you're over 5'9", you'll find it difficult and akward doing barbell squats and military/push presses - - two core exercises. A few more higher holes for the safety catch would resolve this issue straightaway. The bench is also shorter than many others on the market so if you're around or above 6', your head will abut or hang over the edge.They could have included a few more cable attachments e.g. Rope, late bar for this price apart from the two handles included.The weight limit of 300lbs on the bar and 150lbs (at 50% resistance) is also rather low, although it will certainly take more on the bar.Assembly was relatively easy with decent instructions and videos (although I've had practice putting cages like this together before).
