Ordered two of these and it turns out one is not waterproof, so no use for outside. It started fogging up the first time it rained and now hardly works at all, keeps flashing on and off. 32 days after ordering and so out of Amazon returns policy which is pathetic. Certainly will not be buying again.

Easy to fit and reasonably pleasant to look at, this lamp is a nice product. It is not hugely powerful in terms of light output but I find it perfect for getting home in the dark and trying to find the keyhole in my door.I use the setting where the light only comes on for a short time when motion is detected and I find this setting to be ideal for my needs. I have not yet had the item long enough to ascertain battery life, but since I have chosen the 'off most of the time' setting, I forsee no issues on this score.It does feel plasticky, but it is fitted together well and looks quite reasonable to my eyes. My only concern is that when fitting the lamp to the mounting bracket, it does not feel very secure, at least in my case. There are often gales where I live, so hopefully it will stay in place!On the whole, this is a decent product that I am happy to have fixed outside by my door. It provides perfectly adequate lighting over a reasonably large area, is easy to install and needs very little maintenance other than the occasional clean.

Gotta tell it as it is. Very disappointed. It works fine for a couple of hours then nothing. Very nearly sent it back but my wife likes the look of it. Maybe it will work better in the summer when it gets plenty of sun. Perhaps l got a faulty one.
