Our LifeSmart hot tub's pump stopped working and I found this one on amazon. Perfect replacement. Took the old one out and put this one in, refilled the tub and bled the air. Plugged it in and viola; fixed. Nice, affordable option. A+. Ill update if I need to. Noise level is quieter than the original, power is the same. Cannot speak on durability as of yet.

If you have all the tools, it’s very straightforward. Approx 1 hour replacement. Was an exact fit to the original pump.

My almost new LifeSmart plug ‘n play spa (a Watkins brand) suffered a flood of over two feet from Hurricane Helene. The flood water killed both the control board and the pump. This Chinese made pump is identical to the one sold by the spa manufacturer, down to every detail aside from the “brand” label. Installation was easy enough, but anyone claiming it takes 30 to 45 minutes is either super human or a very young, supple athlete with very small hands. Seriously, I am a lifetime DIY guy and faster than most but it takes some serious time — more than an hour— to accomplish this install at floor level in a tight space. But I got it done and it works perfectly. Amazon’s price was less than 1/3 the price quoted by Watkins for the same pump. Works great.

My spa pump died on my AquaRest 150, four person spa. I took it to a reputable hot tub dealer for repair who said it could not be fixed. After three weeks, said they could not source a similar 1.5 hp pump from their suppliers. I was not happy! I took a chance and tried Amazon, and lo and behold, I found the EXACT pump that was Original Equipment Manufacturer unit from AquaRest spas, verified on their website for replacement parts. I installed this pump from Amazon. Took 45 min to install. It fits and works perfectly. No extra plumbing involved. Highly recommended. Received in 24 hours after ordering with Prime. Thank you!!

Bought this for plug n play Lifesmart hot tub and it was identical replacement although part# was completely different than original. Brought my otherwise disposable hot tub back from the dead ! 2 thumbs up !!
