It's a Christmas present so I can't say much about it, but it looks good I think he will have loads of fun with it

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this kit. All the components are well formed and it comes with labels and zip lock bags for organising and storing the parts. Instructions are clear, although this is a detailed and quite complex kit. I did it together with a seven year old, she would not have been able to do it herself. Perhaps a 10 year old with experience of these kits could do it on their own. Overall very pleased.

Far too difficult for 8 year olds who are confident Lego builders. Need to cut out tiny pieces labelled A6 etc then build a 3 inch high robot then if you can face it you can build another tiny model

I purchased this for my Son who has recently become a teenager. Basically, I wanted to get him a little project to pull him away from the TV and Xbox. He has found it though provoking and a good challenge. I had to assist him a couple of times building some segments, but mainly he has got on with it just fine. He says he feels proud with what he has built, and he is delighted with the finished product too.

Good project kit, however this version doesn't come with the cutter. A similar kit I have purchased before had cutters.

Bought one of these for my 8 year old, he had sooo much fun building it! Easy to use, fun to build and so many different designs!

I got this robot for my brother as a present. He is super excited as he loves anything about robots and robotics.I found this one very interesting and educational. Many options to built different robots requires pay attention and educates as well.Very high recommended. Specially an idea as a gift :)
