This is one of those products I just HAVE TO REVIEW 😁.Magnesium is so important for good health & ageing delay & so many of us are deficient without realising it, especially as we get older. These are exceptional, tastewise, if you love the taste of raspberry, which I do. They taste divine & are so easy to take.Having said that, I value absorbable & health-giving products, even those that taste unpleasant.I take two of these about an hour before sleeping & they have a pleasant, calming effect which prepares you for sleep. I always struggle with dropping off & these really help me.(I'm about to order my third bottle.)I have dropped a star because the main content is glucose syrup, which is not good on the liver. However, since I follow mainly a healthy diet, take a glutathione supplement & practise fasting regularly, I feel that my body is capable of clearing out the odd bit of rubbish.These are what I would call a "treat" supplement because of the taste.Very much recommended by me, & I find this company to be a definite market asset. 👍😍

These gummies are great I don’t but many people can’t swallow tablets so just buy and leave but these are great just like the little fruit pastels we bought as childrenMagnesium I’ve discovered is necessary especially as we get older high blood pressure strokes nervous system etcMy husband now has high blood pressure yet he’s not overweight eats a good diet and is very activeWe’ve decided magnesium is the gummie of choice for him and of course as I’m of a similar age for me too There is a history of heart attack in my familyIt’s too soon to know if they help my husbands blood pressure but as I know Nu products to be a good Theybare the ones we choose

Efficient

Husband has always struggled to get a good night's sleep. He finds these magnesium gummies easy to take and enjoys the flavour. They are definitely making a difference to his quality of sleep and helping with restless legs

I take magnesium tablets for restless leg syndrome, and magnesium citrate is a great form and much better than magnesium oxide which is in most magnesium supplements. So these tablets are a great source. They are also great to take in this form, they taste so nice! I would happily eat these just for the taste, they're like Haribo sweets.

Too much sugar. Convenient to take but didn't want the added sugar.
