Works well
Used on a Frenchie who has scratched his cheeks and had an open wound, although this is a spray I sprayed it into the lid and applied with my finger as it’s near his eyes. It is very silver but does wash off your skin easily, it has heals the wound lovely and dries dark grey on our dog but isn’t a problem !

Handy to grab
I’ve used spray on plaster/silver spray for years and it’s always so useful to have to hand. Great for keeping manky flies out of cuts and grazes. One thing I would add, is it only lasted a day on my mare’s coronet. Due to being turned out in damp grass, I think it eventually worn off. But does last a couple of days higher up the body. Not always the easiest to apply, I tend to get one chance before they tell me to bugger off. So would definitely recommend having someone else holding their head whilst you spray. But does works wonders are keeping the flies off! This is was the best price I could find for the same quality spray.

Just powder nothing like a spray plaster
I bought this as it states it forms an elastic seal over the wound, bought the product and followed the instructions, I sat with my dog for just over an hour after spraying the wound, I left him for 5 mins to go for a pee, came back to a silver faced dog, see photo, nothing left on the wound, and all around his face and tash.I tried again and after 20 mins went over the wound with a soft dry cloth and it just wiped the silver powder off, it’s not as it says it is on the advert, your basically getting a silver powder spray that’s easily licked or wiped away.It would be worth the price if this worked but with no adhesion and just powder coating it’s just not worth this price tagTried to return the item but as it’s a none returnable product, you have to get on to Amazon chat and tell them it doesn’t work and they sorted a refund out for me.

Very silver
Takes a good time to dry. I used on dogs foot who kept licking it off. It caused a problem for my dog as by spraying over a wound it trapped an infection inside. My dog taken to vet who put my dog on antibiotics and recommended I stopped using the spray so just something to be careful about as you don’t want to make a wound worse

Helped a bad cut heal
My dog had a big cut on her leg from clattering something. I showed the vet, tried keeping it clean and dry, using a bandage too, but it kept getting damaged when she was playing and the bandage was torn off by her. So, I tried this. I held a cloth behind her leg and held the leg steady. It made her jump! Watch out for getting if in carpet. On a hard floor it comes off with a damp cloth (small, silver spray droplets). I keep checking the cut and applying more. No more than twice a day. Sometimes it comes off sometimes not. It was a bad cut but it was clear from the off that the spray would cling to the open cut, keeping it dry and clean. It’s taken weeks - like I say it was quite nasty - but the spray has allowed the cut to slowly get smaller and smaller without getting infected and without bothering my dog the way a bandage does. A real relief to find this as it’s done the job in a place where stitches would have been impossible and bandaging / dressings wasn’t effective. I’m really happy with this and would recommend it. Just remember when you apply it that it doesn’t form a plaster on the fur and only clings to the cut itself. Oh, and be careful how you apply it so not to get it on stuff other than the wound.

a great thing to have in your doggy first aid box
My dog is always getting scrapes here and there but he got a bit of a nasty cut at the top of his leg, which I cleaned everyday but wasn't healing very well. I didn't think it was that bad that he required vet treatment but I did think it needed protecting so I bought this hoping it may help. Anyway, it did the job very well, one week later and the cut is almost healed - it doesn't smell pleasant so he wasn't tempted to lick it either and it gave the protection required, although I did reapply 2/3 times per day (it doesn't last a few days). I highly recommend this product.
