With a supplement like this, it’s hard to tell if it is really working. The price is high, but I guess because it is so concentrated that would account for the price. I have noticed a little more energy and maybe a little more memory focus, but I use other supplements that support those functions also. I have only been using this for a little over a month and I believe this should be used for longer to see the benefits. The price is too high for me so I won’t be buying it again.

Firstly, there is scant information online for non doctors. Regardless, the potential benefits urged me to try Spermadine. After 6 weeks, my red blood cells count rose, which was a trifle on the low end of the spectrum. My silver hair now is 65% brown again. I feel better overall, perhaps the cellular benefits are subtle. I will continue taking 2 pills daily!

Can’t tell if this works as intended because it gives me unbearable headaches. I started on one pill in the morning and one in the evening, and within 3 days I developed a constant and increasing headache that eventually left me in bed for two days with a migraine. The only thing that had changed in my routine was the addition of the supplements so I immediately stopped taking it after about 5 days. A month later I tried again, and after 2 1/2 days, the headache started again. Thinking it was likely this supplement, I stopped taking it sooner than I did the last time so the constant headache has been irritating, but more mild and has not turned into a migraine, but it’s still not completely gone three days after ceasing use. There are so many benefits to spermidine that I will try again, but I will only take one pill a day instead of the recommended two. After doing research, I’ve seen that spermidine can cause headaches in some people but the recommended dose elsewhere is 1 to 6 Mgs. This is a 10 Mg recommended dose so maybe it’s just too much for me. ??

This medicine gives me an unbearable headache, causes my arms and shoulders to feel a numbing sensation and gives me full body malaise. Because they cause me to be fatigued I tried taking them at night, however this resulted in my not wanting to get out of bed in the mornings and the next day I would still experience the fatigue and the all over sense of malaise. So ultimately it didn't matter what time of day or night I took them as it caused the same displeasure. I cant say that I am allergenic to this, but the reactions that I am experiencing cause me great bodily displeasure. Thankfully they reached out and gave a full refund- and they plan to research why I may have had this reaction as it’s unusual.

I have been a great fan of Neurogan products for over a year. I came across this company when I was looking for the highest quality CBDs to include in my pain management program. When I saw this product about 3 months ago, I simply had to try it because I was having issues with my memory and clear thinking after a mild stroke. I notice quite an improvement in my communication with friends and family, both verbal and written. So I will continue using it. Also, as a very surprising but pleasant side benefit, I noticed my hair started growing in where it had gotten a bit thin. I am not taking any other supplements for it, so it must be this product.
