Great Device! No issues for me.
Works like a charm on my old laptop. For some reason USB-C doesn't work for me but that is probably my old laptop and not the unit. Standard USB works perfect and it comes with an adapter for that.

Great for productivity!
Worked like a charm right out of the box! It is absolutely amazing! This was the third docking station that I had bought for my setup and none of them had worked fully, until this magical thing made its way to my doorstep.I have been wanting to have a quad-monitor monitor setup with a KVM switch between my two Macbook Pros, my gaming computer, and my Raspberry Pi for a long-time (2-3 months). I finally have a solution that I could use for 95% of my use-cases! My productivity has shot through the roof! The only thing that I would note, is that IF you are a fan of watching any major streaming service ... I was not able to get any of the video to show while using all four monitors on the Macbooks; I don't particularly care about this ... but I imagine that others might.

I have to change from a 5 star to, 3 months later, to a 1.
[Update 7/13/2020] My Logitech M705 wireless mouse now works intermittently with the docking station. If I disconnect the docking station from my laptop and plug the mouse transmitter in the USB port on my laptop the mouse works normally. If I leave the transmitter plugged in to my laptop OR I plug the transmitter into the docking station and then plug the docking station into my laptop my mouse works sporadically. Sometimes works, most of the time it takes a second for the mouse do anything and today it stopped working altogether. If I can't use the mouse then the docking station is of no use to me.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I first purchased a hub expecting it to work like a docking station. I had to return that because it would not pass the signal to the monitors. Then I bought a docking station. The same thing as the hub, the video signal did not get passed on to the monitors plus it ran hot. I returned that one also. Then I bought the WavLink and it just worked. I didn't have to do anything but plug everything into it and then plug it into my laptop. The first two purchases plugged into the USB-C port on my laptop. This uses the standard USB-A connector. That didn't matter to me as long as it worked. There are instructions to download the setup software. I downloaded the software but I never installed it. I didn't have to. It did everything I wanted it to do right out of the box. I connected two monitors, a keyboard and a mouse to it. Everything worked. I was even able to extend the monitors so that I could use the two as one big monitor.

Ideal for a 4 monitor setup
First, I want to thank the customer service via WavLink. Originally I had a similar model that comes in another color where it had a hardware malfunction. WavLink then had it replaced with this one and I have no complaints.I specifically purchased this to have 4 - 4K monitors for work optimization. It is straightforward once the product driver is installed from the WavLink website. The real added bonus is all of the additional SD card / USB / USB C ports. With ease you can have separate mouse and keyboard dongles plugged into the back and have the front completely available. I've also plugged a portable CD drive into the USB C port in the back allowing for the occasional flash drive to be plugged in to the front if not plugged into the laptop.

Works well. Just one minor issue.
This devise works well., but as soon as the computer is booted up, everything comes to life except the audio. At first I thought that the device was defective, but I figured out that the problem was a computer setting. It could just be my PC, but every time I boot up the computer or wake it up from sleeping, I need to go back into the computer settings and redo them to get the audio to work again. Yes, I do understand that you can set this device as the default for the audio and I did do that. Never the less, even though it is the default device for audio when I boot up, it still does not work until I reset it for the laptop audio, hit test, and then reset it for this device and hit test again. At that point it comes back to life and works perfectly until I have to wake up the computer again or reboot it. Once you know how to do it, the process only takes a few seconds, so not such a big deal. I don't know if this is a problem with this device or a problem with my laptop. All in all, I am happy with this docking station and I do recommend it. By the way, I read another evaluation where the author had a small issue that the inputs were in the rear of the device. This is easily solved by placing the unit next to the computer and turning it sideways to allow for easy access to the back. I also like the fact that his box has a flat top that allows me to place a couple of USB drives on top of it to save space.

Install drivers
Was operational in just a few minutes. Be sure to read instructions and install drivers. I’m using windows 11 and 4 external monitors. Very pleased.
