It is easy to set it up.
We live in a wooded area and have an open compost pile in the backyard. Few months ago we noticed that some creature has been digging in the pile and made a lot of mess. Since this compost bin has a lid, I am hoping it will keep the wild creatures from digging in there. The bin looks nice and sturdy and it was easy to put together. My 11 year old grandson did it for me in about 15 minutes.

Good for the money, headache to assemble
This assembles using tongue and groove type panels. The engineering in the specific way it slides together, could have been simplified, it works after you figure it out, and get it together it is fine. In my case, I had some panels that were warped a bit, so that made assembly a little more challenging, but I got er done. I had to straighten the pieces at the same time I matched up the interface and while keeping pressure on the panel to keep the warp it had straight also match it up and slide it together. A little tricky. I give it an A+ for the size of the doors. Much bigger than other models, making putting things in it to compost easier. I give the legs a B because though it seems fairly sturdy now, the metal is attached to a plastic piece that attaches to the barrel, and I am sure the plastic piece will over time crack, making it wobbly. I don't know how much the sun will affect the plastic, but over time I would say it is going to be the failure point for the legs. I'd give it an A for looks, it does look good and won't make your garden area look janky. Overall, seems pretty good as an entry level composter, I bought it because of the larger doors, and the price point. A $60 composter will compost as good as a $80 composter, as long as it is sturdy enough to hold up.

Super easy to snap together
I’ve been wanting to compost forever. This makes it super easy. I put all my veggies and leaves in here. First batch is almost ready I think. It doesn’t smell but maybe cause i read internet on how to compost. There are some fruit flies but I turn it a few times real fast and I think they get added to the mix. My yard is leaf free cause I am so excited to fill it up. Happy with my purchase. Would recommend. I read some reviews saying these were hard to put together not sure if it was this or not but super easy. Sturdy.

Solid Design but Some Functional Limitations
After using the YITAHOME Large Outdoor Dual Chamber Compost Bin for a while, I have mixed feelings about its performance and functionality, leading me to give it a 3-star rating. On the positive side, this compost bin boasts a large capacity of 37 gallons, which is ideal for those with substantial composting needs. The dual-chamber design allows for continuous composting, ensuring a steady supply of nutrient-rich compost for the garden. The inclusion of 2 sliding doors makes it convenient to access the compost from either side, simplifying the turning and harvesting process. The rotating feature of this compost bin is also a plus, as it helps aerate the compost and speed up the decomposition process. The aeration system, coupled with the tumbling action, promotes efficient composting and helps reduce odors. However, there are a few drawbacks that detract from the overall experience. Firstly, the assembly process was more complicated than anticipated, requiring careful attention to the instructions and some trial and error. While the final result is sturdy, the assembly could be streamlined for user convenience.Secondly, the sliding doors, while convenient for access, can be a bit finicky to operate, especially when the compost inside is at maximum capacity. This can make it challenging to extract compost from the chambers without spilling or making a mess.Lastly, while the compost bin is described as "large," the individual chamber size of 18.5 gallons may be smaller than expected for some users with high composting volume needs. It may require frequent emptying for those generating a significant amount of compostable materials. In summary, the Compost Bin offers a solid design with some useful features for efficient composting. However, the assembly process, sliding door functionality, and chamber size limitations may be factors to consider before purchasing. With some improvements in these areas, it could be a more compelling choice for avid composters.I hope this review provides helpful insights!

Difficult to put together doesn’t stay together and compartments don’t open
The media could not be loaded. I highly highly recommend to not buy this composter. I didn’t read the reviews. I still haven’t but I know with my experience. I had to put this together three different times. It’s still does not operate properly. It appears like it’s gonna fall apart the compartment doors don’t open and I’ve had this for like six months but barely used it because of the winter. I’m really disappointed because I was gonna return it. I put in for return and then just held off too long and now I’m stuck with this the Thing I had put in the ground in a circle that I put the compost in works better than this double compartment composter I would spend the extra money read the reviews. You don’t wanna get stuck with something like this because if it can bust open like I expected to I’m gonna be cleaning up a huge mess.

Perfect Compost
Assembly was a bit of a challenge and I use my composter everyday. There are holes to aerate but It drips black gew from the contents as items breakdown so i purchased trays to collect it. The doors slide and the stand allows you to turn it. It holds alot of food scraps. It gas changed my approach to how i discard my egg shells, cardboard, old fruit and vegetables.

Nice concept, 2 bins!
Agree with other reviews that it can be challenging to put together. I had some trouble with mine and it wouldn't stay together. I reached out to the company, and they were very quick to respond. They sent me what I needed right away. Looks nice an sturdy now. Ready to get started
