Q: Is the pillow good for back sleepers?

I am a back sleeper. I use the bedding pillows for a period of time. I think it is good for me.

Q: Can anyone tell me if the material makes a ‘rustling’ sound when you lie on it? Weird question but I hate pillows which make a noise!!

Yeah they do make slight rustling noise when you lie on them.
