Niece loved these books & the carrying case!

My 5.5 year old is learning to read longer words, and she is absolutely thrilled with this. I've only given her one book out of the 5, so she can savor it. She has already re-read the Late, late, late Night about 5 times. The illustrations are detailed. And the introduction to "fancy" words like exhausted, celebrity, fascinating and Au revoir are age-appropriate.

The price point when I bought these was great considering it’s 5 books. The travel container is nice, as my 5yo daughter likes taking books with her on roadtrips. The Fancy Nancy stories are great-I love that she is so “extra” but also learns life lessons. My only negative is that the way the Velcro is attached to the box, when we reach under to open the case, sometimes the cardboard flap/lid that connects to the Velcro starts to bend & tear. We have to be mindful about how we’re opening it.

Lovely set of books, really happy with size, gorgeous little carry case, my little girl is 5 and she loves it!!
