JCR Pani Puri Raw Pellets, Gol Gappa 500g Fry, Air Fry or Microwave

I got the JCR Pani Puri Pellets (500g) through the Vine program, and I must say I’m impressed! The pellets puff up beautifully when fried, turning into light, crispy puris with a perfect crunch. They hold their shape well, making them ideal for filling with pani or stuffing.

So easy to use. Had to try a few out to get the right timings but was about 50 secs with c6 in the micro. Not all worked so expect a bit of waste but there are plenty. Found some great recipes on YouTube

Excellent shells perfect fun sizes, really enjoyed frying them, and great finish. I was proud at my first attempt of fun day with puni puris.

Absolutely perfect, great value for money, and it’s such a big bag that it will last quite a while for me.

Perfect ! One small point though is there a slightly larger size?

The flavour is good and they pop in seconds. Texture-wise they are quite crunchy yet airy with lots of small bubbles all over the shell.

Received damaged packed ,puri chips were broken and there’s no return policy or way to replace it,

Leider waren aufgrund der nicht optimalen Verpackung eine teigplatten gebrochen. Geschmacklich super und es funktioniert perfekt

Hat super geklappt! Die Rohpellets einfach in heißes Öl geben und in Sekunden puffen Bällchen hoch. Die Bällchen bleiben auf jeden Fall 1-2 Tage knusprig, kann man für Gäste also gut vorbereiten. Pani Puri sind ein beliebtes Streetfood in Indien und werden traditionell mit Kartoffelstampf und Gewürzwasser gefüllt. Werde ich bestimmt nochmal nachkaufen.
