Excellent after sales service
The robot is well made. We had a defective part but received excellent after sales support from Icy at Keyestudio. We received prompt communication and a fast dispatch of the missing piece. Very happy!

Instructions missing
The kit itself was fine but there were no instructions in English so the kit could be completed.

Batteries and clear instructions not included.
The lack of included batteries in this product must be made clearer. It is a key bit of information, not a by the way, you'll need to sort that out (as it is currently). Instructions are vague and difficult to find. Definitely not for use unsupervised (depending of course on who's actually making this)
