This swing is super simple to assemble and blends nicely in my yard! I’m 58 and was a breeze for me to put up. I’d say it’s perfect for little one up to 7 as far as excitement for them, but certainly a teen can chill out on it to read or surf the web! My grandson is going to love it! He’s 3

Edit: I have changed my review to 5 stars because customer service was absolutely fantastic. I’m hoping we just had a faulty saucer because this swing has so many great reviews and I didn’t see other complaints for the same issue. I will see about purchasing a new one from the seller and update my review based off that! Regardless 10/10 on customer service contacting me and doing beyond to make things right for us!We love this swing and the idea of the frame, which is why I gave it 2 stars. While the concept is great, it’s rusting which has started to destroy our patio!! I have brought the swing portion in for every rain or storm besides the one we had just days ago and today I noticed spots all over the patio. When I raised the swing rusty water instantly started pouring out. Disappointing considering what we spent on this and it looks like the part where the hooks connect has started rusting some as well.

This swing is great! My granddaughter loves it. The swing was easy to put together. There is a small solid metal thing in the box. That’s to help you screw in the anchors. It took me a few minutes to figure that out, but once I did I was back on track. It took me maybe 45 min to put it together.

Good product, but the instructions are poorly written. It covers about 3/4 of the information needed for a smooth construction.

There is rust in and on the frame. Welds aren't great and it could break quickly. It does hold over 300lbs(kids for on with me after I tried it out). It doesn't go higher on the ropes easily. It won't stay if someone over 100lbs is swinging with it higher up. It is holding up without moving with the metal anchors. There is a warning ⚠️ label on the frame saying it is for 3 to 8 years but we needed it because of the weight amount and to help our 10 yr old special needs child. It is hard for her to get on it without falling off it a couple times.Update company reached out to me. Concerns were addressed by them and their response was in a timely manner. We will be using and keeping product to see how well it holds up. So far it is still the same. Our children play on it hard and enjoy swing very high with it. Still can't get the roots to stay up high at any level at the same time. The anchoring system that is included works wonderful and holds the swing with children( over 150lbs together) without issues. Still disappointed with how it has rust and the wields on it but at least the company has tried to correct it for us. Hopefully it holds up over summer and for months to come.
