I have been buying this product (and others by The Whole Truth) since a year at supermarkets, and when it no longer was available there, I turned to Amazon. It has zero sugar added and is date-sweetened. No artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols or jaggery. Tastes like heaven. As someone who gets stomach/health issues because of what she eats, I'd say this is super safe. The safest. I'd buy this again anyday. Tips: Keep it away from excessive heat (long durations). [but still is safe and edible. tried and tested, and is okay. didn't cause any problem] Keep a toothbrush/toothpaste closeby (the protein bar is worth it 100%).

It's a good product that makes you feel full for 2 to 3 hours. Not too sweet. The texture is smooth. But it's getting costly day by day.

The product is good as per the ingredients and its whole which is good for health but the issue is that the taste. taste is know very average and yeah it's very average. I would suggest to add some ingredients like milk to make it more like a chocolate like that consistency .this consistency which looks like like a powder made it into a bar so that the only it's the draw back which makes me hard to eat one bar at a time .some improvements can be made in the taste by improving the consistency like adding
