Usage period: 8 hours for 4 days It has size issue - I am 5'11 and Medium bulit(40 Short size)...but when I pull straps to make the shoulder tight, the back support raises and we have pull it down again (with hands ) to provide support to back. Secondly, the neck(intersection between shoulder and neck) will start paining after 2 hours. There is one size for the product, so can't replace it with large size. Disappointed with the product.
