Ultimate Mushroom Complex

I have to use a much smaller amount than the suggested serving. If I use more it can cause irritability, over stimulation and headache. I've been taking for a couple weeks now and I have been able to raise the dose, so far I can handle .5 (2x a day), had to start at .25 (once a day). I do also take other mushroom supplements, Freshcap 2 a day. I get the same overstimulation if I take too many of them. As I've gotten older I've become a little sensitive to stimulants so others might not have this issue.

Thankful to have found your product is liquid form as I am recently covering from a burst colon and not able to take certain types of supplements orally other than liquid. Your product line per review is superb and I actually ordered several different vitamins from your company.. trying for the first time today. Product arrived on time and in great packaging. Just received this item yesterday so I’m not sure about the actual product. I did use it last night. I tried a half a dose (0.5mL) and I got really sleepy a hour or two later and slept really well all night.It arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. My only complaint is there are markings on the dropper for dosings of 0.5 mL an 1 mL but the dropper will not even pull up 0.5mL. I have to pull up multiple droppers to get enough to amount to a dose, or even half a dose. Not a deal breaker, but still annoying. Hopefully I just got a “bad” dropper. I know that happens. Hopefully my next orders will pull up the correct amounts.

I love all of GIVOL products….my kids can take them and so can I. I was taking a different mushroom complex that I had taken and rebought for over two years consistently and it was sold out on here so I tried Thai one….I will not go back to the other brand…I am so glad I found this mushroom complex….it makes me feel incredible AND tastes really really good!

I really notice when I forget to take this because I feel pretty tired. I was impressed and will continue to purchase!

Taste is not bad at all, and I already feel good!
