Really well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Looks really nice and has made such a difference heat wise, stays warm for a while after heating has gone off.

Quality radiator (haven't fitted it yet) but looks terrific and a beautiful finish. It was well-packed and arrived a day early!

We ordered two of these radiators for a property refurbishment (to two rooms). They are nicely made and well finished, and had obviously been pressure tested (there was a small amount of water left inside - four rubber bungs preventing this from leaking during transport. There were no fitting instructions, but the four mounting brackets (and plastic protectors) were supplied with some hefty screws and rawplugs (10mm drill bit needed). Having got the bottom two brackets level and located between the radiator fins, the top two brackets could then be marked, and fitted just a touch high, to avoid the radiator moving on the four brackets. Take care to note the inlet and outlet positions - the radiator is symmetrical, and can simply be reversed if necessary (the labels then being removed). We discovered that one of our radiators had been piped up incorrectly (i.e. the flow & return valves fitted the wrong way around), and we had to reverse this radiator to ensure the flow direction was correct (the water does not flow in the reverse direction - makes a strange sound in the process - there must be some sort of directional valve inside these radiators). We chose radiators with heat output ratings slightly above our existing, but it seems as though the heat output must be generous, as they keep the respective rooms warmer than before!All in all, excellent products, they look nice, and we recommend without any hesitation!
