They are good and are very effective would recommend them rather than tablets and good flavor

These vitamins are fantastic, easy to chew, and it taste good. I have been using them for two weeks now and I’ve noticed a different of my energy level.

IF you need a calcium free vitamin this seems to be one of the best gelatin free vitamins. It isn't super sweet, but there is a slight herbal taste in the berry flavored gummies. Arrived quickly and is fresh. It was one of the lowest priced on the market. Happily without all those chemicals & gelatin gummies that usually stick to my teeth, these were neither sticky nor cloying. A few swallows of water and my mouth was clean.
