Great for anyone with gut health issues, shame about all the filler.
I was recommended this by my GP, as I have gut health issues ( my immune system is attacking it and other organs)My GP said it is s useful to anyone not getting the best out at f their food, especially fats and proteins.I have only been taken it a couple of days and have already seen an improvement, less discomfort when eating, more energy.I have taken a star off because of all the unnecessary and bad for you fillers.Most reputable companies are no longer filling their capsules with these fillers, there really is no need , other than to make filling the capsule easier for the manufacturer and into fooling customers that they need a large capsule, or that they are getting lots. It's unnecessary, it leads to larger capsules, larger containers, more plastic, more fuel to ship and none of the fillers are good for you.Please remove the fillers.The capsule at least is vegetarian ( no gelatin).
