I had to kick it up with extra seasonings, especially paprika. I coulda done the same thing with panko crumbs and had crunchier results.

Re-named from the shake and bake. I like to mix with panko so it’s not quite as spicy. I use it on chicken and pork and make it in the regular oven with a little oil.
