It’s a lip liner. Pretty color. Nothing special and nothing wrong or bad but L.A. Colors is a REALLY REALLY cheap brand. I see it in the Dollar Tree stores. It’s literally considered their brand in makeup. So the price is overpriced! Quality isn’t great but it does what it needs so no complaints.

I would say it’s just OK. It does stay on but it does bleed and I didn’t realize that it needed a sharpener so it really doesn’t suit my purpose cause I’m not gonna carry a sharpener with me on the road when I’m driving around I can’t say I love it.
