Absolute useless. Today was was using it only for the second time and as I walked it fell from my wrist, pins don't secure the strap. I bought another one last year and basically was broken too ,very quickly

Strap loose and too long for a smaller wrist. Edges of the strap catch on fabric as it seems to have not been filed down

The notches that hold the Fitbit in place are too small, causing the Fitbit to pop out, as noted by another reviewer. Returned for a full refund.
