Ez-sofei Women Chinese Traditional Ancient Hanfu Costume For Stage Performance Dress

Very fashionable, looks good on anyone. I received lots of compliments when I wore it for a themed event. Super comfortable and breathable. Size was perfect and slightly adjustable with the strings for the top and belt. Nice and flowy but also vibrant colors. Definitely felt like royalty when wearing this

I like that when I look up for a Chinese woman’s costume this came up. The price was reasonable and I got lots of compliments at work on Chinese New Year. However, I’m overweight and though I ordered a large size it still wasn’t wide enough around the waist to fit properly. I had to have help to tie it in the back and help to untie once I got home from work. The skirt underneath fit perfectly in length because I pulled it up to under my bra! Good quality jacket fabric; pretty! But I looked like a sumo wrestler! :P

This turned out to be pretty good quality and also super beautiful! The only small complaint I have is the waist part was a little too big for me but that just depends on personal sizing.

The quality is in the name. “Costume”. If you want to pay homage to the culture then this isn’t it. The stars is what is based on the price vs the actual product. (3 stars because it’s wearable and acceptable for what I paid for, not any higher because even if a product is cheap, you should take pride in what you give to your customers) The comment review is based on the picture compared to what I got. The skirt doesn’t look anything like the picture. It lays flat in my body and so thin that it basically sticks to my legs. I would need to wear an extra skirt under for it but sitting down makes me feel like it was going to burst . It doesn’t have the pleats like in the picture. You can basically make your own by buying red table cloth from dollar tree and sew them together for $1.00 The ru (the outer jacket) is okay. The floral pieces of the ru is beautiful and the quality is like the expensive sheets of floral table cloth at Walmart. Which I think I have seen this exact table cloth at Walmart once. Its quality is brought down by the cheap white trims of the outer parts. It doesn’t have the same width and texture that I expected when looking at the picture. The “belt” piece doesn’t hold its shape. It basically folds against itself when I try to tie it around my body. It’s okay if you wear this for halloween, but if you’re going to wear this to a traditional event with family, or your S.O’s family then don’t. Buy the expensive ones. So all in all. You can still buy this, just don’t have a lot of expectations. Remember, this is Amazon, and this is cheap. If you want to get it right, give yourself a long deadline (which I unfortunately didn’t) and get the real hanfu’s that can be specially made for you.

Quality in the name, Costume. The sizing chart does not account for breasts larger than Cs. Size up when accounting for breasts. Sending it back due to the size chart only doing height.

I am very disappointed. The neck shows that someone with makeup had used the costume. The piece that wrapped around the waist was missing. I am returning. I liked the overall look. I'm reordering in a smaller size.
