With the money for low carb and tastes great!
This pasta is fantastic! I cooked it a couple of more minutes and I just love the taste of it I made shrimp Alfredo with brocolli and it was fantastic. Will order again. You can get traditional for way less money, but if you have to be or need to be on a low carb diet, this is well worth the money!

Sunday's and Thursday's Italian-American Family Dinner's Convert
Having been raised in an Italian household, eating at least two meals of pasta a week, Sunday and Thursday, being the standard, I couldn't think about living without pasta, but as an aging man, my middle is beginning to expand. I've tried everything I could think of to cut out to lose weight: beer, soda, sweets, chips... but no way in hell could i ever give up pasta. Now I don't have to. I just ordered the Ziti (love baked ziti!) and used some homemade tomato sauce I had and WOW! I love it. I love the texture, which isn't too far off from regular pasta. Actually, I like the texture better, as I cooked the pasta for about 5 minutes before I put it into the sauce and it stood up very well. I will continue to purchase this product instead of the boxes of semolina based pastas I usually buy (wont name them here, even though I had my favorites). I just wish they had Rigatoni, which is my favorite, but I'll live without that! And after consuming 2 portions, I don't feel stuffed at all, actually, I feel satisfied yet not over-full, if you know what I mean.

High price, disappointing texture
I’ve been trying all different brands of low carb pasta, and I’m sorry to say this texture is really bad. It’s dense and gooey. Not really good in flavor. I thought for the high price I’d be getting a good experience w these noodles but it’s definitely not comparable to regular pasta. I understand it’s not “regular” pasta but there are other low carb options that their texture is almost the same as regular pasta. Will not buy again. Wish I could return the unopened boxes.

The most authentic alternative pasta.
These lupini flour pastas are the closest thing to regular pasta you can get on a low carb diet. Nothing else compares. They aren't perfect - a bit chewy and heavier in your stomach, but it allows you to have pasta again. Kaizen has been my go-to brand for a while now. Pricey, yes. That's why I only buy it once a month or so.

Tastes close to regular pasta
I tried this with a simple red sauce, and the texture was surprisingly good. It cooks quickly and feels just like a lighter version of regular pasta.

Acquired taste
It’s NOT pasta. It’s the lupin bean, so be careful if you think you’re going to eat half the box in one setting. You do that and you’re going to be in the bathroom with cramps and gassing up the place. If you’re the least bit sensitive to beans, this stuff ain’t for you. The good news is it’s great if you’re replacing a carb in your meal. This will not spike your blood sugar. Great for diabetics. The issue is the taste isn’t pasta. It’s nothing like pasta. I’ve cooked mine for 7 minutes to get it Al Dente or as close to it without overcooking it by a minute. You can’t make leftovers because the stuff will crumble. Lastly, it’s criminally expensive. $11 for a box of this stuff is dumb. My advice to anyone is if you’re finicky about your food, don’t bother. You’re going to think it sucks loads.

Bakes perfectly every time
Finally, a low-carb pasta that holds up in the over! This ziti stays firm, packs serious protein, and works in all my favorite recipes.

To mushy and does not reheat well.
The taste is okay, over cook it and its mush, does not keep well when reheating. To expensive. Just do with it and keep cauliflower or zucchini. When you boil it, water is almost a thick paste like, assuming from the bean mixture. Save your money and do without.
