A friend of mine did lots of research regarding preventing and treating covid so when I tested positive and my mother tested positive she recommended this vitamin d, as well as quercitin, zinc, vitamin c, NAC, aspirin, and melatonin. My mother has lots of pre-existing conditions and I was certain that if she got covid she would for sure die. We both started taking this along with the other supplements and both of us had a very easy illness! Now I can't say for sure that this is what caused that but I'm definitely a believer because she was very bad off and once she started taking this regimen she improved significantly very quickly. My illness never progressed too poorly either! I started having my fiance take the same regimen right away as well since I was now in a house with him and guess what? He never ended up getting covid! Three of my children were at their dad's and we're not around me but somehow my middle child ended up getting covid beginning of this week... I immediately started her on this regimen and also started my other two children on it as well since they were in the same household at their father's house for the week.... My middle daughter started getting better immediately after starting the regimen and my other two children so far have not contracted the illness either. So I'm a believer! Whether or not this helped I do not know but I surely know it did not hurt We are continuing to take this regimen as it is protective, preventative and can help reduce any after effects that covid may bring!

I read that taking vitamin 3 with some sort of fat was better for absorption. After researching products, I came across the SmarterVitamins D3 product and decided to try it. This a repeat purchase of Smarter Vitamins (Vitamin D). Because of CVOID and being quarantined, I am not outside as often as I would like. As a result, I am not getting the Vitamin D that I would normally get naturally from sunshine. However, I have always taken Vitamin D because it is great for the immune system. I like this particular product because it is a tiny gel tablet and easy to swallow. It also has avocado oil which is rich in oleic acid, a very healthy fat. I have all of my family taking this supplement as well as others. This brand "Smarter Vitamins" also has great customer service.

I liked that the pill is very small. Easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or burps (the shell is made from tilapia fish). I have been feeling under the weather last 3 weeks and a head cold for the last 2 days. Felt run down and unable to get tasks done. As soon as I received my order, I immediately took 1 pill, about an hour later, I felt energized. I didn't feel groggy and immediately started to knock chores out.
