I love this little guy. He’s just as pictured and helped me so much during that time of the month. Warming it up is super simple and easy and lasts a few hours. No smell. Works great. Super comfy and provides great relief for me.

Love this so much I bought 2. I use it as an educational aide to sing The Rainbow song…Red and yellow and pink and green purple and orange and blue. My Granddaughter’s face lights up every time I bring it out. It’s also great for its intended purpose which is warming achy muscles. It was my go to warmth after hip surgery.

I bought one of these for each of my grandkids. Grandson is 9, Granddaughter is 6. They both LOVE THEM! The removable pouches to heat in the microwave were an instant hit with them in winter. We showed them how to heat them up safely, and how to put them into the pouch in the back of the axolotl so they didn't have any danger of burning themselves and they heat it up to use whenever they need to. Really a great gift for them both that they get good use of. The ease of use is also awesome because they don't need an adult to help them, once we showed them a few times, they have had no problems. They wear oven mitts to put the hot pouch in. Very handy to have on hand when they are not feeling well, have a tummy ache, or a bump, or bruise somewhere also. Highly recommend!

This is my daughter's favorite toy , she sleeps with it and carries.it everywhere it washes easily and it holds together well , it's soft and the rice bag is easily removable to microwave I also accidentally washed the removable warm bag in the washer and it didn't fall apart or get weird for the water I'm guessing the beads inside are silica or something not actual rice or beans so ot makes it durable against moisture. It warms fast and works well for comfort , the proce is reasonable and design is adorable my daughter ususes it all the time and beats it up without it falling apart , we've had to replace the original a couple times because my dog torenup the first one and we lost the second one , but as for being tossed around.By a toddler it gold up well especially for the price

Bought this for when my daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed. It helped her immensely especially with her ear pain and keeping her neck from getting stiff. It’s easy to take the bead bag out and put back in. The outer cover is super soft.Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bag is a bit on the thin side and I had to repair it after about a week of constant use.

This product works great. It's nice and soft on the skin. I will warn you to not try the full microwave time the first time you use it, as even after being placed inside the plushie, the heated bag can burn.As for a cold pack, bags of ice wrapped on a kitchen towel have always been to cold and poky for me, very uncomfortable. This, however, works great.I am thinking about getting a second one so I can keep one bag of pellets in the freezer permanently, so I'm always ready for either hot or cold needs
