I've been watching carbs, sugars for a number of years now, not in a fanatic way. These are an excellent treat for me in the evening when I need to satisfy my sweet tooth. The dark chocolate flavor is great and doesn't taste "low sugar". Along with the crunch of the wafer, it fits the bill. I've been buying these for several years now.
